Program Notes & Requirements

Participants must be members of Victory Electric Cooperative Association, Inc. The minimum requirements for for an air source heat pump are a SEER (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio) of 14.5 and an HSPF (Heating Seasonal Performance Factor) of 8.2 For a geothermal heat pump, the minimum requirement s are a COP(Coefficient of Performance) of 3.3 and an EER (Energy Efficiency Ratio) of 14.1 (closed loop) and a COP of 3.6 and an EER of 16.2 (open loop).
